If you work with groups, the likelyhood of having multiple dirty tents to deal with increases and so does the risk of storing a damp tent is even greater. Our Tent Cleaning Service maybe able help you keep your tent/s clean and reproofed! We clean the inner/outer tent, pole/peg bag, poles and pegs. We reproof the flysheet and groundsheet DWR, If you require your groundsheets HH to be renewed, please get in contact.
We can clean most expedition tents sized up to 4 person. To keep your tents in peak condition, they should be cleaned and reproofed after every 4-6 uses or once a year.
If you struggle for space to dry your tent properly before putting it in to storage, this is also something we can help with.
Priced from from £28/tent. Should any parts need maintenance, replacing or are damaged, we will notify you and let you know what options you have (any extra work agreed to, may cost extra).
Customers can organise delivery of tents to us or we can arrange this for you. We will try to use the same box you send goods to us in but for health and safety reasons we may limit the size of any single box, we send out, to 1m in length and a weight of 30kg.
We will also apply a discount if you have multiple tents to clean.
Extra Information
This service is just for a general clean. We cannot guarantee to remove every dirty mark or stain, such as the removal of mould, paint, rust marks (from pegs, poles or eyelets), tar, stains caused by folding or greasy/oily marks. Our process replenishes Durable Water Repellency (DWR), increases fabric strength & protects against UV deterioration. Any mould or damage may impair the effectiveness of the treatment.
Once we have received your items, we will perform a check and send you a report outlining any damage or missing parts and supply a no obligation quote to have them repaired. After this you can choose to go ahead with the originally agreed work, have all or some of any additional work done or have your items returned without any work having been completed. NB, you would need to cover any postage costs that have been and will be incurred at a very minimum, should any items be sent to us. Items are held until all invoices have been cleared.
