We can deliver to almost any mainland UK address. As long as one of our couriers can get there, we can deliver there. You will receive a tracking number so that you can monitor your package.
Orders are delivered Monday to Friday (excluding Sundays and Bank Holidays). We aim to have your equipment delivered to your preferred delivery address the day before the first hire day. If your hire begins on a Monday or the day after a Bank Holiday, you will not receive the package until the first hire day, so you may want to begin your hire earlier to avoid disappointment. You will receive a tracking number so that you can monitor your package.
It is your responsibility, as the hirer, to sign for the order when delivered by our courier. Generally, campsite owners will be too busy with their own customers to deal with your equipment and may not be able to store it for you until you arrive (bear in mind we cannot specify an exact time of delivery). However, this is something you can arrange with the campsite, as long as a signature can be provided, but you will be fully liable for any damage or loss.

Some items can become damaged due to wear and tear; in rare cases, extreme weather may cause unavoidable damage to equipment. As part of your contract, you agree to follow sensible guidelines and manufacturer instructions during your hire, which helps avoid any damage. We assess each incident on a case-by-case basis and cannot rule out the possibility of you losing part or all of your deposit. As a general rule, our policy tends to be more lenient.
We will ship your package to arrive the day before the first day of hire. The courier may be able to offer a redelivery the following day or allow collection from a ‘pick-up’ point. This depends on the courier, so we advise customers to choose a suitable delivery address to avoid missed deliveries. Please note, if the package is returned to us, you will not be refunded the hire or delivery cost.
Equipment should be returned complete, in good order, and condition. Place all the items inside the box they were delivered in and securely seal it with security tags (if provided) or parcel tape. Then contact the delivery company (details on the back of the delivery note) to arrange a pickup. If equipment is not picked up within 24 hours after the last day of hire, you may lose part of your deposit. Keep any proof of delivery in case of disputes.
Even though we appreciate early returns, we are unfortunately not able to offer refunds for this.
You would need to email us to discuss this. We can offer you a competitive price based on usage and condition. However, this may not always be possible depending on upcoming bookings. Any such queries should be made before the end of the hire period, otherwise you may lose part of your deposit if the equipment is not returned on time.
All bookings must be made at least 72 hours (3 days) before you need them. However, to ensure your items are in stock, we suggest booking at least 3 weeks in advance.
Please phone or email us to discuss well in advance. We’ll do our best to help, but the equipment might already be booked for another customer.
We do not currently offer this, but it may be available in the future. It’s not as difficult as you might think to set up the kit yourself, and most campers are friendly and happy to help. Don’t be shy to ask for assistance if needed!
Yes, we have an eBay shop (accessible via our website home page) where we sell old and used hire stock at discounted prices.
All customers must pay both the deposit and hire fee upfront, except for schools or approved large hires. This is because there’s currently no system that guarantees banks will release non-captured payments after 2 days.
We aim to be environmentally conscious while staying cost-effective. We use reusable shipping containers and recyclable packaging wherever possible, minimize waste, and source British products to reduce our carbon footprint. We’re also working on reducing the use of chemicals in cleaning and refurbishing our equipment.
Yes, we can deliver to your workplace. However, it’s your responsibility to ensure someone signs for the package. If reception staff sign for it, you will still be liable for any loss or damage.
We don’t currently have package deals (coming soon), but we offer discounts from 10–30% and free delivery depending on order size. These are automatically applied if you meet the criteria.
