SHIPPING & RETURNS
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed to arrive on the first date of hire. Orders will not be delivered on weekends or Bank Holidays. Please make your booking atleast 3 days before the 1st day of booking and allow additional days in your hire for transit, if needed on a weekend or Bank Holiday.
We charge £7.50 each way for delivery, unless otherwise stated in the item description.
Tracking my order
Once shipment has been arranged, a tracking number will be sent to the email address, you have used when making your order.
It is the hirers responsibility to ensure they have supplied correct delivery instructions and either they or a representative are available to sign for the order. Couriers will attempt to deliver the parcels 3 times (once a day), after which the parcels will be returned. No refund will be issued for nay missed or late deliveries, due to the customer.
Damaged or missing items
If your goods arrived damaged or missing then we apologise and will do everything we can to rectify the situation.
All damaged or missing items must be notified to us within 48 hours via email (email@example.com). Failure to do this may result in loss of deposit or fines being issued to replace the items.
IMPORTANT: When signing for the delivery, if there is any damage to the box at all please sign for as “damaged”.
Depending on the courier service we need to use for your order, delivery addresses in the following areas may require us to make a customised delivery charge. If a customised charge is required we will email you in advance with details of any additional fees required.
We only ship to addresses in the UK
THE LEGAL STUFF
Placing an order does not constitute acceptance amounting to a contract; acceptance takes place when the product is despatched, until which time CampingKitHIre.com are entitled to withdraw the hire.
CampingKitHire.com will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery and will not be liable for any damage to goods once they have been delivered in accordance with your delivery instructions.
All items must be shipped for return within 24 hours of the end of the hire.
Failure to send the items will result in a loss of deposit and/or fines being leived.
Items should be returned in good condition, unless the hirer has brought additional services which has been confirmed in the invoice (ie, if you have also booked the clean and dry service with the hire).
Where possible, we encourage the reuse of packaging materials.
All returns must be made courier, as this will provide a proof of delivery. Any items lost that have been returned by the client directly, will result in loss of deposit and/or additional fines being leived.
